Here is a simple trick and easy to do. It's offline and cost you nothing except your time to do.
Follow the following steps...
1. Open your VLC software in your PC
2. Click Media
3. Click convert/save...
4. Make sure you select File than click +Add...
5. Navigates to the point where your video located and click open
6. Click convert/save
7. Choose a file to be Video -H.264 + MP3 (MP4)
8. Click browser on Destination file than click save
Wait it will take some minute and after finish go direct to point you locate the destination file.
